Best Candyshell

Called this shop at 20:40 to check if they have my parcel. They are open till 21:00. Guy on the phone said that he's closing down and doesn't have time, when I tried to reason with him he said call tomorrow and just hang up. I called this shop around 19:00 today as well to check if my parcel is there, gave person on the phone my name, he checked and said there's nothing for me. So I called sender to find out what's going on, was on hold for almost two hours, sender said that parcel was delivered 3 days ago.
Looks like cashier didn't even bother to check. He also leaves work early and just rude. I hope owner reads this.

The shop is fine but the area is dreadful

Such a greedy people. Please avoid these guys. They charge more than others, don't know manners, rude and unprofessional. Rather try for the Londis next door as they are far better than these guys. I will write to trading standard about these guys sure.
