Went to post a Hermes parcel , lady in shop was hard to understand, she was unsure why the machine wouldn't work and then they had no labels .

Owner is great but the woman working there during the day not the owners wife the other lady is disrespectful to me I stood at the door and watched her pick up air freshener and spray over the shop on number 2 Helen say so.bad customer service Rubin I am unhappy. I like you and your wife and your kids and your shop but I don't like being Treated the way she treats me

Horrible customer service. I visited this shop today to return a large parcel through EVRI as it was the closet one to my home. After reaching and printing my return label, the person at the shop denied to accept the parcel stating the shop owner has asked him not to accept big return parcels. This was so frustrating and made me angry as I walked all the way to their shop with 10kg bag. I asked for shop owner's contact but the person denied to share it and was very rude in his approach. I will never visit this shop again for any drop-off.

The parcel return scanner wasn't working and the shop assistant was really rude when I asked for help. Also, they are on amazon as a no box return point but they refuse to take parcels without a box. The lady was also really rude about this.
