Upon entering the store I was greeted by an EXTREMELY rude colleague behind the Till. I gave him my electric key and advised him that I had a code to pay for it. He then demanded that I must pay the £10 as they did not accept codes in the store. I advised him three times that I was using a code to pay for my electricity that was given to me by my supplier. Luckily my 12-year-old son was with me and he paid the £10 out of his Easter Money that was given to him by his Grandmother. What would I have done if my son was not with me? He should have advised me that codes were not excepted in-store when I first advised him that I will be paying with code, NOT after he had inserted the electric key into the machine and demanded that I must pay £10. I refuse to be intimidated or bullied by anyone especially when I'm with my son.

I urge you to not shop with Booze Express but to shop with other stores within Neath Town centre such as Bargain Booze as you will be greeted with much better customer service and won't be treated with disrespect.

I was lucky as I had my son with me who had money with him, however, the next customer may not be so lucky.

If i had the option to give 0 stars i would have, however, unfortuantly Google only allows you to rate businesses between 1 and 5 stars.
