Very welcoming couple, spent time showing us around and educating us on different breeds. Helped choose some stunning hens out for us being 1st timers. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Eggscellent Chickens and great people to deal with. Last September I got five Nova Brown Point of Lay Chickens from Elaine & Martin. They were ever so helpful and two of the chickens had laid in the box whilst I was taking them home. Each day now I get almost an egg a day from each bird. The chickens are so good natured and love to be handled. I will certainly be back for more in the future.

Myself and wife and daughter went to get some chicks to start a small flock of chickens we got 6 great little chicks. The lady who showed us around was Elaine and she was so helpful very informative and very friendly. Would highly recommend lower holker farm to anyone hoping to get chicks or chickens. So many birds to choose from, the owners were very helpful and gave loads of fantastic advice! Would highly recommend for beginner bird keepers and experienced! Loved being shown around to!
