Staff are very unreasonable not good at answering questions when help is required, very difficult to find office with signage being non existant and you must figure out on your own how to get there ( 3 story building and online the most information I found is that it is Grosvenor House.)

Easy to moan about this sort of place but easy to find, staff very nice, all very clean and slick. What more could you want?!
