Westminster Register Office

I had a horrible experience at the registrar office. The lady who attended us was extremely rude. They have to realise that they're there to help and assist people. It's not everyday you go and get married. If someone doesn't know or understand something you have to make sure they understand and not just be rude to them. In a city like London, behavior like her's is completely unacceptable.

They charged me double payment for my baby registration and I called them they took a week to send me an email asking for evidence. Since I provided the evidence and up to today no one has gotten back to me.

Mandy, Patricia, Shay, and Anne helped me get an urgently needed certificate today despite office emergencies, my not filling the search form in properly, plus a host of other issues. A more dedicated and professional team you couldnt find.

Extremely rude staff who talk to you as if you are worthless, I had the same experience as the other people who left negative reviews, welsh lady was very rude. For example if you have mental health problems such as depression, it can really be damaging having to listen to someone speak to you in such a downgrading manner.

I went for my baby's birth registration and they have managed everything very professionally. Nicely maintained social distancing.

The unfriendly and generally unpleasant attitude shown by the staff to the bride and groom, made for an uncomfortable experience, on what should be a very special day shared between two people.

Why or why are the offices still closed. Ever where is trying to return to normal apart for here. Every thing has to be done on line. Is Westminster trying to save money. Please can we return to a normal service please!
