The most disgusting council I have ever been to no interest in helping you. Council is managed by clowns.

Called up about a faulty communal door, and it was repaired within an hour. Extremely polite and friendly service from everyone involved.

Rude staff and not helpful at all. Did not give me any advice about my current situation.

Whole Staff is very useless and rude. They treat humans as animals. Whole staff is inefficient.Counsellor should take notice. Amanda Ison is always on holidays. Very disappointed with housing department. In short very Useless and careless staff.

Very rude and non empathetic staff. You can tell that some even look down on you when communicating with them, especially the management. Either need to invest in training for the entire team or it all needs to change.

Watting out side 3hour for piking up for permit my permit was ready but they did not give answer over the phone and they did not let me in very bad experience
