Thank you to Christine, Magdu and Adam for assisting me and treating me with dignity as so often poor people are made to feel worthless and customer care in UK Government Administration is normally below standard but you three were so nice and professional. How refreshing.

Nightmare. We have been trying to get in contact with the Camden council for hours on end. Phone calls 45 mins on hold and then line goes bust. Two days ago someone redirected me to the housing and the line went bust again. Hours of my life that I do not have given the severity of the situation I am in right now. Feel they don’t actually care or are not working at all.

I’ve been sent a debt collection letter for council tax that I’ve already paid.

I call up, wait on hold for 10 minutes and then the call mysteriously ends before I can even ask my full question about what’s going on.

I call back later, person on the other end of the phone greets me fine until they realise it’s me and suddenly the phone line is garbled and all I can hear is ‘mmhmfmgmhm’ each time I ask them to clarify, sounds suspiciously like someone talking with their hand over the phone receiver.

I've had endless issues over the years with the housing team and now the sen team that has made my health worss and caused me high level of stress.

They increased my rent in June soon after I signed a new contract and now they are demanding I pay it due to an alleged error. I asked the housing officer many times what the rent is and he confirmed by email so how could an error occur?

They know i am a disabled parent struggling to make ends meet but they don't care.

Sen team have told me to home school my two disabled children knowing full well i have health issues and i never said i want to home school. I gave them 14 schools to consult and they come back with homeschool your kids because apparently sen children don't deserve a suitable education according to the Camden sen team!

I am a Camden Council tenant. My rent is always up-to-date! I find is very difficult to get through the phone to Camden Repairs team! And when you get through the Camden repairs staff they are very rude and not helpful in any ways and at the end they put the phone down on you when is a serious issues should be sorted out! I have ongoing problems for many years with the leaking roof. It’s damaged my floor and my washing machine. It’s constantly fuses is blowing up every three hours and I’m losing my electricity. The toilet is always broken down and the water is heavily leaks out on the walls and on the floor making the loud noise and my son can’t sleep, when is next day he needs go to School. I have spoked with the staff her name is Tosina on 11.12.22 She was pretend like she has not understand me with my problems ongoing leak. Tosina told me for her is not emergency and she not going to help me! Then I have called next day second time in the morning on 12.12.22 and I have spoked with the staff her name is Tahmina. I have explained in the nice way the same problem I have had last night. But Tahmina not even asked my address she just put the phone down on me.
I found the Camden Council is not helpful for people who is paying rent and the Service charges. Staff is inhumane very rude and very unprofessional!
Look at the Camden Council reviews how many people is unhappy with the Camden Council Service!! This is showing how bad the staff is!! Is anyone knows where to complain? Because this is a dead end.

The level of incompetence is sky high. The two ladies at the front desk are there to breath air in and out, nothing more. I was supposed to pick up a key for a building's electrical cupboard and they were not capable to give a direct answer. When someone at a workplace starts with the sentence " I believe " already know they have no clue. They started talking to each other guessing how is thr key release process. When i told them this is unbelievable how unorganised they are they started attacking me, who I think I am. Mrs A and Mrs I please retire or change job because this is over your capability.

Beyond awful. Long wait times, incompetent staff and systems, and often no response. Just been on the phone to them for half an hour and they can't figure out how to even send an email, then diverted my call to an automated service so they didn't have to respond to my query in person. If I can't pay my council tax due to your ineffective system then I'm not responsible for any extra fees.

24th December Christmas eve and I have found my car with a parking fine.
