The information on Google Maps is wrong - Hosuing Benefits / Council Tax and Housing Needs departments are not based here. This building cannot be accessed unless you work on site either for the local authority or any of the other private companies based there.

Absolute disgrace never ever answer the phone and just send out wrong bills then chase for payment on wrong names and never rectify. They don’t care about their people who have paid council taxes on time for 15 years every month. Disgusting that you can even call yourselves a service

Tried several times to call to ask if the bank holiday on Thursday 2 June 2022. Can we park in residential parking or do we need a visitors parking permit

Customer Service Centre telephone exchange doesn't work. No way to get through to anyone about anything emergency or no. Terrible service

Absolute shithousery, bureaucracy at its finest displayed when you decide to call for a service. Useless.

A joke. Website is ridiculous. No-one ever on the phone. Have spent 10 days trying to get them to acknowledge my change of address. The only way to possibly get their attention is to miss a payment. Weirdly, they then seem to notice you.

A total disgrace. You can never access the department you need and no humans seem to answer. We are paying for your disservice and once again I've been 2nd in the queue for 40 minutes.

Round and round in circles when register online because I go round and round I circles whilst trying to call. Pathetic.
