phoned this morning as their recycling guys decided to not bother with my pick up because a piece of plastic blew into my glass bin at some point during the night. they put their pathetic little, passive aggressive "learn how to sort your recycling" stickers on and when i said just let me take the one piece of plastic out they drove off laughing and said "we'll be back for it." i then phoned and complained and was told that the unprofessional behaviour of their staff "wasnt a legitimate complaint". absolutely garbage service. no idea why anyone bothers paying their taxes to these people.

Went pick up new refuse bins, excellent service very polite and organised

Only giving 4 stars due to Rachel from head of waste management sorting out issues from customer service. Was given mixed information regarding bins being delivered to a new property. Rachel was polite and went out of her way when other staff would not help despite wrong information given to myself.

Disappointing, they say you just need to ask but no you have to beg, plead and then they do absolutely nothing! They say "If you are hungry go to a food bank!" But how can I pay for fuel when you won't give me the money I am entitled to? You can beg for an advance, but I just want what I am owed! Thank you for... nothing! Goodbye 👋 q

People should understand that reception can only advise not solve problems.

Absolute disgraceful service. They are quick enough to rise the council tax each year, but service provided is getting worse and worse.

Had a letter just before Christmas stating that I could have the 50 pound owed to me put into my partner's account , and I'm still waiting ,🤔🙄was supposed to take between 7 to 9 days

Unhelpful and rude. Considering we pay a small fortune in Council Tax each year, we certainly don't get value for money.
