I was really impressed by their helpful approach to a first time parking violation when I missed a bus Lane sign during extensive roadworks. It’s easy to assume councils are going to profiteer re: traffic fines but credit to Woking Council fir not being one of these. Their agent was polite, efficient and helpful. Thanks for being so understanding.
