I suppose it all comes down to who you see but the lady I saw was very nice and treated me nicely. Wait time was minimal and the actual assessment took about 30 minutes. Loads of parking down Clarence street 50m away from the entrance. The seats in the waiting room were very comfy too.

disgusting waited 90 minuets after my appointment time to be seen my cousin's who assessment has a panic attack and had to ask to a separate room to wait in so i could calm him down. rubbish centre

First time I went was told there's a 2 hr wait and will be re booked. The second time still had to wait and by the time I got in I was done in. You can't get to park out side 90% of time because of the back log they have. They really need to sort this, they don't realise how long it takes some people to get ready and get there, only to be told they will have to wait or re-book

Benifits assment part
I suffer with chronic socal anxiety and I was promised I would go straight into me assment. Inatead I was put into a croweded room for almost a hour. Having panic attack after panic attack. Tho the actual assessment went well the lady who assessed me was lovely and helped me to relax
Driving theory part
As I say above I suffer with chronic anxiety. The driving assment people where alright with a doctors note I was able to sit in a room with on my own and take my theory which was more comfortable for me. Which was great. I think the staff could be just a bit frindlyer rather than coming accoss so strict. 3 stars from me for this department.

Costs a fortune to park and if you are a smoker DO NOT put your cigarette ends on the floor the warden's can give you an on the spot fine
