Had a repair appointment between 8am-5pm. Waited in ALL DAY. Never received a text to say anyone was on their way or the appointment was even going ahead. Live in a flat & no buzzer was pressed to let me know they were here. 5pm I opened my front door to find a missed appointment slip sticking out the letter box. No one even knocked?! Disgusting service

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the complaint department.
Derby Homes has caused damage to my property and now is trying to deny it. Even though after my initial intervention contactors have confirmed that damage has been done and part of gutters will need to be replaced.
After numerous emails and providing photo evidence the Derby Homes officer reluctantly admitted 'Ok
Well I couldn’t see that when I visited but if that is the case then of cause we’ll amend the damage'
This was followed by an attempt of intimidation claiming that the path between my property and theirs is a trip hazard..

'I assume the alley way is the only entrance to the rear, it is the rear we are talking about ?

Who is responsible for the path and hedges either side leading up from the road ?

This needs clearing as it is a trip hazard'

The path has leaves and few hedge branches left after the hedge form their property was finally cut after 2years of being neglected.
I have provided him a photo of the current path condition. Surprisingly this was not an issue until now..
I would love for any supervisor of this individual to get in touch with me to discuss their employees methods of work.

Since I've moved into this property, problems after problem, full of Infestation, the street pride cleaners are so rubbish and lazy. Half of the staff lies, my belongings have been runied, so has my health, even after Pest Control have come and treated this rubbish flat, I'm still getting bites. Top people are just, eating good wages, bottom people don't care, full of excuses. Loads of Denying behaviour, this organisation doesn't seem to have any integrity. I'm failing to understand how they are getting awards for high service or excellent delivery. I've had deadly bites on my body, and the Head of Services, says in a complaint letter its Mild Infestation, they want proof of my bugs in monitors but the bites on my body are not proof? This is how ridiculous Derby Homes is. Alot of covering backs, excuses. The contractors are, either rude or abrupt at times. They I get told I should be grateful for obtaining this property. Well, as long as they are getting hefty sums of wages in there pockets, who cares about people's health.

Leaking roof not fixed in leasehold property for over 1.5 month and still ongoing. They stopped me from repairing as a building is not mine. Who knows how long the water will be still leaking into my flat before any actions will be taken. When the engineer arrived gave us a bucket to collet the water. Damage to the roof is over a meter long how they expect me to catch water with their bucket?!

I've been having problems with damp mold and condensation on all the ceilings on the top exterior walls since our new guttering was put in over 10yrs ago they have told me it condensation and to just paint over it, also rising damp in 3 rooms to which I have now been told won't be fixed till july, I'm in the middle of writing a big complaint to them

Their Depot so not for the public, I was there for my work, nice looking site all round with some really nice revamped builds..

Been left with out gas or heating and no way of cooking with a 2 year old and a 5 month old lost my job because they can't call before arrival so had to take another day off work to wait for some one probably not to show

No matter what time of day I ring NO ONE answers I can be on the phone for 50 MINS and STILL no one answers I complete disgrace all you get is the recorded message go on line for a service for the people of derby they should loose the contract
