Paul did an amazing job. Came out within 20 mins of me calling for assistance. Got me back in within half an hour and then got a new handle all for a seriously good price. He's not out to rip people off like a good few of these similar companies. Paul is wanting to make an honest living. Great guy too. The last company i used charged me £180. Paul charge far lower. I don't want to discuss what he charged me though as every job will be different. But it wasn't even close to £180.

Quoted £140 from my insurers i rang burnley locksmith berry st. Paul came asap and sorted the lock out, put me a new barrel in no problem, very professionable and only charged me £40 . Defo changing home insurance when its up for renewal. Once again paul thank you for a brilliant service x

Absolutely fantastic service from Paul. I live over 100 miles from Burnley and late on a Saturday afternoon, my mum's carer rang to say there was a problem with the front door (mum has Alzheimers). Paul went straight up there, sorted the problem and even fitted a thumb turner on the inside of the door to make it easier for Mum to lock and unlock the door from inside without having to use a key. He even put one spare key in the key safe and delivered the other to a neighbour. Total superstar. Cannot thank him enough.

If you need a Locksmith then honestly, and you can take it from me, this is your man! Paul turned up to fix my PVC front door lock within the hour. There should be more people in this world like this fella. Other greedy sods quoted me in excess of 90 pounds but Paul charged a lot less and in my opinion that was the correct price to pay. 5 STARS!
