Called on a Saturday afternoon and Saif came within 20 minutes. He was so lovely to deal with, answered all my questions, explained everything clearly and ensured my lock was 100% secure. Not only that but I had bought the wrong lock and he bought it off me so that I didn’t waste money. Would highly recommend. My house feels very secure now.

We needed to get our back UPVC door opened after it was jammed. Great service from this local company. Speedy response and efficient job. Then this morning our 95 year old neighbour locked herself out, same speedy and efficient response. Highly recommend.

After having issues with another locksmith, we tried 1A Ideal after reading good reviews. After being made to wait weeks on end with the previous business, we were very surprised at just how fast and efficient 1A Ideal were!! They answered our call immediately and came out same day - the issue was resolved very quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Used this company recently. Junior was exactly on time, no hidden costs. After contacting so many bad locksmiths who just want to rip you off it was a pleasure to find a decent company out there. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Felt safe and couldn’t ask for more. Key broke off inside the lock on a freezing day around 5PM and the gentleman came less than an hour to fix it. Two thumbs up.

Saif’s customer care and service are excellent. He came to our house within 15 minutes of calling him and had everything sorted out so quickly when we had broken the key in our lock. I would highly recommend him.
