God will have been a well established business in Blackwater for as long as I can remember the owner's a very helpful the stock is very pretty much nothing you can't get in this place well worth a visit

They were quick to change my locks for a good price and when there was an issue with my sliding glass door lock they came back and took care of it no questions asked. Great guys and thanks !

I pay this company a premium for maintaining my alarm system. Despite one of the sensors not working and acknowledged by their team they refuse to fix the sensor. It is so frustrating that the company simply refuses to do what they get paid for.

Very good and helpful IF you visit in person BUT the website has the wrong phone number which now belongs to a very frustrated lady. I found another number with a Google search which got though to an irritated locksmith who put me though to the shop! I then found the man had forgotten who he had ordered the piece for. I definitely think they need a bit of technology savvy new blood in the company trained up to be as knowledgeable as the aging staff.

I have used this shop several times over the years and always very helpful and a proper locksmith. However, as at now, the website says they are open, but the are not. For lockdown, they are only open 9am to 1pm. Why not say so? The website says open. I called and the recorded message does not mention this substantial piece of information. It could easily be changed to convey the revised hours? Instead I have just wasted nearly an hour driving down and back for nothing. They are good enough I will go back, I just wanted to convey how frustrating it is that this basic information is not conveyed to the public on the web and on the voicemail.
