Great service from Stuart.
Although he couldn’t actually get a replacement lock strip for my door (it’s way too old), he did everything he could to make it secure.
I would definitely use Excell again in the future.

Great service from them this evening. An interior door would not open and Stuart arrived within around 20mins and the door was open within around 5-10 mins. Can't thank him enough. Very professional and also provided some good advice about getting a new latch for the troublesome door, so much so he ordered me a couple that should arrive in a couple of days. If you ever get caught out then I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely superb. We had to call Stuart out on a Sunday night after realising all keys were inside. He was there 10 mins later, and we were inside the house in 5 mins. Reasonable too. Fantastic service.

Stuart is amazing. He’s a very experienced locksmith and is always extremely reliable and prompt. We’ve used him multiples times where he has helped us out with interior locks, Dutch doors and exterior security locks. We value his advice on when locks can be saved and when they need replacing. All of his work has been beautifully done, strong, reliable and the place is spotless afterwards. We cannot recommend him enough!

Phenomenal service. My house key snapped in the lock on my way back from a walk with my twin babies. A real nightmare scenario. I rang Stuart who arrived very promptly; he was transparent about pricing, sorted everything out and was nice and reassuring throughout the process. Can’t recommend his services enough.

My elderly parents were locked out of there house.
Within half an hour of my phone call to Stuart he was at their house had gained entry and supplied a new lock. The cost was £160 and it was Boxing Day! Bit different to another Company I had rung who quoted three times that.
