I called Nick as I had a broken key stuck in the lock. Nick arranged to come round the same afternoon and promptly removed the broken key and fixed my lock. Not only was he courteous, friendly and efficient, he was also very fairly priced and professional, and instantly put me at ease. I would have no hesitation recommending him, whether for small domestic issues such as mine, or larger commercial needs.

Nick is brilliant! Will always be there in an emergency and is also great for repairing and replacing old locks. He has just fixed two broken window locks for me plus managed to fix a 40 year old lock which I thought was impossible, thanks Nick - you’re the best!

Recommended Nick to a customer we had just moved and wanted to have their locks changed (always a good idea for your new home). What can I say about this man. He can to my rescue yesterday when I was a sobbing mess once realisation set in that my door handle sheared off. Not only did he come to Portsmouth to the rescue he was in the middle of eating his dinner and didn’t hesitate to come right away. He’s was very professional he even involved my 10 year old son who was fascinated by his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith because not only is he great at his job he doesn’t charge the earth and he’s very kind. Thank you so much for rescuing me your an angel.

I had a troublesome front door lock. Contacted Nick and his response was very quick. He also dealt with a a difficult back door lock. A temporary repair was followed up with complete lock replacements that had to be ordered. Job completed to a high standard, good value, good communications, and very responsive. I would highly recommend Nick to resolve any security issues.
