Received a reply within 30 minutes of leaving a message. An appointment arranged for a weeks time. A 3 hour arrival window given, Eddie arrived within the first 15 minutes. Really nice chap who clearly knew what he was doing and fully equipped . Listened carefully to our needs and promptly got on with the job keeping us abreast of his progress and associated cost. Very professional in every way and did all we asked and more. Really pleased with every aspect of contact, communication and work carried out. An exceptional service in a sea of service mediocrity.

After recently moving house Eddie came and fitted new locks to the front and back doors to make the property more secure, and also fixed two PVC windows to make them able to close fully which they couldn’t before hand.

Would highly recommend Eddie to anyone for either locks or window repairs, extremely polite and likeable guy with a high standard of work.

Really decent experience, I get the impression he is a busy fella (which is good as reliable and experienced), so availability wasn't immediate. But all communication timely and helpful, met quoted cost, was on time on the day, fixed problem perfectly and was kind a courteous.

Eddie came to repair my mum's front composite door today, which had slipped due to the original supplier's poor work. Eddie is extremely professional, polite and his work is exemplary. My mum now has a door which works and is fitted properly. Very happy! Thanks, Eddie. Highly recommended :-)
