Fantastic service, genuine life saviors. Locked myself out on Sunday evening. They arrived 20 mins after calling and my door was open super efficiently without breaking the lock. In addition, it got serviced at the end (!) and all this for a reasonable price. Call them and don't panic. They got you!

Jacques was great. We invited him to replace 12 window handles with some new low profile ones (so we could install shutters on top). He arrived on time, brought all the tools and returned to install the final handle (which had not been delivered on time) on another day without charging for a second visit. He was quick, efficient and lovely.

Jack diagnosed what was wrong with our wayward patio door within minutes, ordered the part (took 2-3 days to arrive) and then installed it with minimal fuss.
