Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The guy behind the counter at the watch repair side, has no concept of speaking to people with any respect.
Completely rude. I wouldn't waste your time at this place...

Terrible customer service. Charged me a fortune to have a link taken out (very quick easy job) AND the watch battery I also got has just died after 5 months (to put in perspective the one I did myself last time lasted about 3 years). Sadly I can't give less than one star - they don't even deserve that.

I came here to get my 10 month old daughter’s passport photos printed. The two men were working hard but came to help me when I needed some help with the machine. The man was very engaging with my daughter and put my mind at ease about the photos being up to standard for the passport agency and the price was very reasonable. The staff there work very hard and they offer so many different services for a great price and to an excellent standard.

Save your money and go elsewhere!
Totally useless!! No idea how they’re still in business. Replaced a zip on my long boot, had to go back SIX TIMES! Because every time I put it on, it split again... apparently that was my fault?
Have had a few keys cut by them over the years and none of them work.

be very careful! prices change depending on who you deal with. £35 5 days ago for 12 keys yet today was £45 for 10 keys... guy working got extremely defensive when I challenged him. avoid and find an alternative

Worst quality car key ever - paid £95 ! Poor plastics - had to go back to check it because it was loose and they had to glue it!!! battery gone after a few weeks ( they use the cheapest ones) and now can't take it out. The plastic is worn off after a few months! AVOID

Always very helpful and skilled people working here. They offer so much more than shoe repair, although it is the staple for what they do.

Went in today to have my passport photo taken and the gentleman there was extremely helpful, polite and explained how the online photo process works. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service!
