Suffolk Lock and Safe

I used the online enquiry form early evening and surprisingly received an almost immediate response back. I needed to get into my safe having accidentally locking myself out.
Andy arrived the following afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, quick and efficient. He successfully gained entry and reset a very old obsolete Cathedral safe and provided me with instructions for use for future reference.
Prompt service, very helpful and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!

Having managed to lock myself out of my house, Suffolk Lock and Safe were with me within 20 minutes. We discussed options to get into the property and after opting for new locks, a lock was put on within 5 minutes. Had the misfortune of locking myself out, during this nightmare time with two toddlers and a dog in toe i called for a locksmith on an 0800 number (call center) that tried to charge £205 + vat 😣 fortunately we came accross Suffolk Lock and Safe who charged less then half!!!! We where over the moon to quickly be back inside our home! Couldnt recommend this service enough!!! Don't get caught out using other expensive services from call centers who distribute the jobs at a lower rate! Shop local! 😁

Although, I never got to use this service, I was not impressed with the lack of customer service and professionalism. After repeated attempts I had to go elsewhere which I have to say sorted my safe. Real Master Locksmiths all the way from Cambridge.
