Spectrum Security Locksmiths, Alarms and CCTV

Perhaps I was just lucky, but I phoned just after 9 am and by 11 am the locksmith had come and gone: the lock had been fixed and the door secured. I work in retail and have dealings with people trying to fix their own locks, so know what a nightmare it can be. It wasn't a cheap fix, and not wanted just a week before Christmas, but it was still worth the price, in the knowledge that the door could once again be locked. Would definitely recommend.

Spectrum were amazing. We got locked out of our house during lockdown due to a faulty lock. We definitely phoned the right people. A Spectrum professional arrived in only 15 minutes and fixed our lock in about the same amount of time! Both professionals were extremely helpful and reassuring. We would only get Spectrum to cut our keys in the future and we would always use Spectrum for our security needs. A very efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Spectrum.

Spectrum recommended by a family member as we wanted an alarm system fitted. They visited to discuss our requirements and went through the process with us fully. System was fitted 2 weeks later and I cannot praise the fitter highly enough. Friendly, efficient and professional. Alarm settings/keypad/app fully explained and he made sure we were completely au fait before he left . Reasonably priced and great service. Thoroughly recommend.

During the pandemic I had an emergency where I lost my key and was given the number for this company (James) he came out, changed the locks and made my house safe. He was so kind and understanding, even coming out to me after hours.

A year later, another emergency has arisen and due to me arranging to have my door changed around, my lock no longer worked properly. James arrived at my home within 10 minutes of me calling him and managed to save the day again. I honestly can not thank this man enough for his kindness, as I am disabled his kindness was overwhelming.

I would recommend this company to anybody on the planet with no hesitation.

The guys helped me out today in a VERY stressful situation . I locked my keys in the car with my baby inside. They couldn’t have been more amazing and made sure we were both ok.
