Superb service! Called the Lock Father out on a Saturday morning having locked ourselves out. Carl was busy on another call but rang me back immediately. He then kept us updated on how long he would be and the whole job was complete in just over an hour from my first call to completion. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Very highly recommended.

Blown away by the service of lock father. Less than 24 hours from my initial call, to ordering the parts, to arriving to fit so we can lock up at night. Carl (I believe this is was his name) arrived at specified time both times and was very polite even though he had clearly had a long day. Not only did he fix the lock, he advised how to stop the rattle we thought was normal, honestly better than when we moved in. All this at gone 10pm. Absolutely hero, could not have asked for more.
