I came here on the 16th to get some keys cut for our new apartment. It took me a while to get there and when i finally got home I realised that both keys I got cut didn’t work. Will not be coming back because I don’t trust that if they did re cut the keys they would actually be able to get it right. Super frustrating and now I can’t get into my house.

Avoid this locksmith, never keep his word, i orderd some stuff from them 2 months ago, never show up, whenever i call him he says i promise you tomorrow AVOID

I had to replace 2 internal locks and a window lock in my flat in Bayswater (keys lost). They gave me a very good quote with pictures sent. They arrived on time, did a great job in no time and left everything clean and tidy. Professional ans friendly locksmith who do fair prices! I would definitely use them again and can recommend them!

Responsive, professional and friendly locksmith. I have used them several times to replace some lost keys and so far I'm very pleased with the service. I will definitely contact them when more elaborate work pops up (replacing locks, doors, etc).
