Excellent service. Kitchen patio door lock jammed and Adrian responded immediately and after a few problems was able to fix. Will definitely use again in the New Year to fit a new more efficient lock!

Locked myself out the house so called Adrian who was round in 10 minutes and had us in the house seconds later. No damage to the door and would definitely recommend and use again (hopefully won't need to!).

Adrian was excellent in resolving a lock issue with the bifold UPVC door in the sunroom. I thought I had broken it but he managed to get it open, fixed the metal I had managed to warp and show me how I should have been opening it! He was also very responsive and was able to fit me in the same day. Very impressive and would certainly recommend.

Rang on a Friday at 10:30am with a query about changing a conservatory door lock due to loosing the key. Explained in detail what would need to be done, gave a competitive rate over the phone and was able to come within the hour! Very professional when he arrived and super quick at the job!
