The chaps at Timpsons Sidwell St, Exeter, made such an excellent job of repairing/replacing a broken zip on a much loved pair of boots of mine. Also, a re-sole and re-heel job. The boots are better than new now and all done so quickly. Very impressed and thankful. I highly recommend.

I took a pair of much loved sandals here in the summer because they came apart while I was wearing them. In no time at all they were re-heeled and re-soled with new fitted leather insoles, and they’re now better than new. This week I went back with four pairs of shoes and boots and received the exact same excellent service - all beautifully re-heeled and re-soled and better than ever. There’s a real art to shoe repair and Andy has perfected it. Highly recommended.

Andy served us & was very helpful indeed. He took the trouble to mend my husband's slipper, skilfully sewing up a hole at the toe area.

Great for keys, dry cleaning, phone repairs etc. They no longer do the £15 gorilla glass with free repairs if the screen breaks, which was a little disappointing. But great service none the less, with fast turnaround on repairs.

I have been here many times, and always had good friendly service, . The shoe and watch repairs have been excellent. I’ve got particular praise for Andy.
