I called John to say my front door lock was not working properly, sent him a vid via what's app, he called back within minutes with a diagnosis, was at my home within 30 minutes, replaced the springs and gears within 20 minutes. I now have a fully functioning front door. Great service, completely transparent and helpful and so so quick, thank you John!!!

A great service from Maidstone Locksmiths. I rang them in the morning as my front door had jammed shut and we couldn't open it. He was there later that day and had the door/lock repaired in 1/2 hour. A quick, efficient service. We would highly recommend.

We had two sticking locks on our French doors. I found John on the Internet and asked him for his help and advice on the Friday. I later sent him some photos on WhatsApp and he said said he could come over on Saturday afternoon - even though he doesn't normally work weekends. In 90 minutes he had fixed both locks and only charged a very reasonable price. What an excellent craftsman with service second to none. We are most impressed.

Fantastic service from a real honest gent. I phoned him up after locking myself out of my home by not realising that I had left a key in the lock inside which prevented me from putting my key fully in. He was very busy but found the time to get to me in under an hour, within a minute he had the door open for me all I can say is I recommend this company the cost was very pleasing and he was a very friendly man. I would have no hesitation in using him again.
