Couldn't be happier with the service received from Dan. We needed the lock on our front door changed, after moving in. He was round within the hour, fitting a superior lock to the one that was previously in place, for a very competitive price. The price he provided was an 'all in' cost for the parts and labour - this is much better than others who quoted before VAT and not including parts, etc. as it was transparent from the get go.
He even took the time to service the mechanisms and straighten the hinges, whilst he was at it! 5 stars from us!

What an absolute superstar - after our back door lock failed late one evening, we called Dan out the following morning and he was with us within a matter of hours. In no time at all, he had figured the problem, came up with a cost effective and secure solution (we are renovating imminently and he totally understood our hesitancy to spend much on a door/lock which is going to be ripped out!). He was polite, friendly and even offered amazing advice on the renovation! 100% recommend Dan - you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. Our front door lock broke, Dan came round on a Saturday, replaced the broken mechanism and also realigned the door so it doesn’t snag any more. I’m really happy with it, the door has genuinely never opened and closed so smoothly in all the years I’ve lived here! Really good price for the work too. Dan actually did more work than I anticipated - I had originally asked him to come replace the broken lock, but whilst he was here, he noticed the door mis-alignment and fixed that for no extra cost. He’s clearly someone who takes pride in his work.
He was also polite and punctual, turning up exactly when he said he would. I will be recommending him to any friends who need a locksmith in the future.

Dan was absolutely wonderful in helping us remove a snapped key from our front door and also replace a faulty lock.
He was with us within the hour and had us all all sorted in less than 20 minutes.

Dan is an absolute delight to deal with. He was exchanging all our locks after we moved to our new house. He came to have a look and take measurements, explained all the different options and ordered what was needed. He even took on a little project trying to make our old Banham lock work. Will not hesitate a second to call him again if I need locksmith in the future.

Contacted Dan today as had a problem with my door, even though he was very busy made sure came same day. He went above and beyond coming to my home to help me. He made sure my door was safe and secure knowing how worried about it I was. Guenuinely lovely tradesman and didn't rip me off by not charging me for his time. I called Dan to our house to repair the night latch lock on our front door. He responded promptly and scheduled a visit. Dan was punctual and extremely helpful!
