Fort Locks

Excellent job! After contacting 5 local companies we struggle to get any response. We needed a new digital smart lock fitted along with two standard locks for our office front door. Luckily a friend recommended Kevin and he provided a fast professional service.

I have used Fort Locks over the last 17 years and I regard this company as one of the most professional Locksmith companies around especially for management of Blocks.

Fort Locks is extremely reliable, hardworking, understands the problems and repairs the fault, costs are very competitive, work is completed (usually on the day of the attendance or quotes provided within a day) and feedback is received with reports/photos/videos showing repairs so you know the work has been completed satisfactorily.

Services are vast from lock repairs/replacements, door alignments, door closure repairs/replacements, servicing and most problems relating to general door and lock issues which does include pedestrian gates.

Fort Locks is a great company to use and very friendly, polite and just gets the job done with no hassles.

Called Kevin at 7.30 in the morning in a total panic. My mum who is disabled and vulnerable had locked herself out and was really in a state. I called Kevin straight away as he was local and within seconds he answered and re assured me he would be at my mums in 45 mins, gave me a quote and then kept in touch each step of the way. He was kind and helpful to my mum, reassured her and she felt safe with him. Minutes later I was called by Kevin to say the job was done, mum was ok and in the house. What a caring, honest professional. Thank you kevin.

Kevin saved me one morning before work when I couldn't get into my flat. He was really fast to arrive, was super friendly and worked quickly. I hope I never need to see him again but won't hesitate to call him again if I do! Would recommend.

Contacted Kevin by email at 10.20 pm about UPVC French doors that would no longer lock & by 9.40 am the next morning Kevin had been round and re-aligned the doors. Brilliant service and very reasonable price. I chose his company based on the great reviews he'd already got and I wasn't disappointed. Such a nice, friendly guy too. I would definitely recommend & use this company again.
