I had a bit of a weird request, but Pete was able to sort me out. The only minor let down was that the replacement key wasn't as nice as my original VW key - but that's just me being picky. Overall, great service at a reasonable price. Particularly happy with Pete's communication, he let me know that I needed to call in advance as he may have to nip out for an emergency call. Would definitely recommend.

I popped into the shop late on a Friday afternoon, was going to ask a question to go back on Monday, the chap, said no bother and did my replacement key for me there and then. The customer service was exemplary, the car key is almost identical to the branded one, but was literally a third of the price. Fantastic find, and will use them going forward for all doors and lost keys. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend

My Ford Kuga fob failed, unable to unlock or lock but once in by key hidden in fob casing car started (push button). Changed fob battery, still not working. Alcester Locks sorted the problem after various tests. Conclusion...poor connections...adjusted the battery
