Saunderson Security and Otto in particular are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful when I was choosing a lock, and sorted out a manufacturer's defect really quickly and hassle free. They had finishes and locks which other locksmiths said they couldn't get. Competitive prices and highly recommended for fast service, help and all round peace of mind. Couldn't ask for better.

Trying to replace my house lock myself they were extremely helpful in finding a solution for my double-door-different-lock-but-same-key issue. It took a few attempt but we got a perfect solution in the end, and they were very flexible and gave great advice! Definitely worth the detour for all your lock fixing and/or replacement.
