After being let down by another company we contacted Mark and he came to our house straight away with very little notice. We are so happy that we went with this company as Mark's work is really high quality, his advice is invaluable and he is not pushy at all, you can tell he just wants you to feel safe in your home! He is personable and very professional. We are so happy with the door locks and window locks he worked on for us, and we will definitely use Mark again when we need it. As a member of the Master Locksmiths Association he is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to point out and quickly fix a number of mistakes made by the previous locksmiths.
