I called Secure A Key locksmiths and spoke to Stephen. He advised me of his fairly priced, hourly charge and offered to come and have a look for no call-out fee. Stephen was friendly and innovative. He managed to repair my front door lock, saving me the cost of a replacement lock and remove a snapped off key from my back door. Very impressed with this service, especially since he resolved both issues for the price of one 👍

Fantastic service - I logged my message on the website and Steve called me in a matter of hours and talked through what was needed. I sent some photos and he advised would come the following day. Stephen came out to fix our back door lock which was had broken with the door locked shut. We really wanted it fixed before the bank holiday weekend and had struggled to find an available locksmith but happily Stephen was able to do a same day call out for us as he had another job in the area. He was very helpful, polite & professional, and did a great job. His costs for the service were clear from the start, and his prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a great local locksmith who provides excellent service & value.

Fantastic service - able to fit our job in the same day as calling. Very open with pricing. Came at the time stated and completed the job to a high standard. Very polite.
