Took my shoes in 6 weeks ago, one pair was done as asked the other completely wrong - who puts plastic soles on Jeffrey West shoes? Week 4 was told it would be sorted, week 5 back in & nothing done, week 6 and nothing has changed, told to pay to have what I paid for in the 1st place corrected - worst customer service I have ever experienced, manager is better of auditioning for the Muppets, though he wouldn’t even get in that.

Scratched the back of my shoes when re-heeling and of course "it was there before" when i pointed out the damage!! No point in arguing with that guy but will not use again. I rather go to a proper place in Teddington!

Didn’t think you could cut keys incorrectly, but apparently you can. Three sets all don’t work, no receipt given, will have to go elsewhere.
