Absolutely brilliant. David couldn't have been more helpful. Responded to my initial request within minutes and job completed within an hour of making contact. Would very highly recommend.

I phoned and spoke to a chap named David after the bottom lock on my flat door seized up. He asked me to send over some pictures of the lock so he could advise me of a quote which I was able to do easily using Whatsapp. No sooner had I sent them over he phoned me back with a price I was happy with.

He arranged for one of his locksmiths to come out and change the lock the following day. The lock was replaced quickly and efficiently. First rate service, I will definitely be using these guys again.

Some of their reviews are definitely fake, from family members. My brother said they were quite rude when he went there a few years ago.

I locked myself out of the flat and called. Within 25 minutes the locksmith was out of my flat and helped me to get in. Quick response, he even called me back to say he would be here faster than previously estimated! I hope to never lock myself out again, but if I do, I would call these guys without hesitation! Thank you!
