Fitted a new lock for me. Service was prompt, polite and the job was nicely done. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Always a pleasure to come here the guys are friendly and welcoming.. Above all their prices are very competitive indeed.

1) Closes at 4 not half 5. Don't lie to your customers. 2) Key didn't cut properly. Too thick. Had to run back in the rain to get it recut. Bloke gave me an extra spare for no charge which was good in itself except that key didn't work and the recut key worked but was extremely stiff. Seeing as I was briefly lending it to my brother, who didn't want to break the lock, that just isn't good enough.

Customers, make sure you feel the difference between the keys before you leave the shop. Tell them that one is too thick or not cut right. Didn't give one star because actually the first time I used the service months ago the spare was perfect (yes I lose keys a lot).

Gave 3 keys to cut and one was wrong. Refused to accept responsibility and continuously said i must have gone to another locksmith as that brand is “no good and they dont use that”, despite the fact the rest being the same brand and accepting they are from there. Extremely frustrating

Changed locks and alignment key doesn’t turn. Called them to rectify problem faced with aggressive man in red van shouting at me in front of my children and then proceedings to swear at me! Onto trading standards I go, disgusting non professional aggressive behaviour in front of children!

Fantastic service from this company who I have been using for years. I had a problem with a front door lock malfunctioning and the wonderful gentleman was able to sort it out over the phone and save me time, worry and the call out fee. Fantastic and I am so grateful - thank you so much.

I needed two new keys for my touring caravan, which are of an unusual type. They managed to source the blanks and get access to the specialised cutter needed to complete the job. All done in a 24 hour turnaround and at a total cost of £24. I could not be more impressed,. I have been using Magraths for a long time and they always give great service.

Dishonest, extremely rude -just want to take money by doing half job. Spoke nicely before accepting job did half job and never came back to update or responded to email. Not the place I'd go back again.
