We needed our 2 front door locks replacing and Paul sorted us out straightaway. He worked out from my descriptions and WhatsApp photos which locks we have, then explained exactly how I could replace the barrels myself, and therefore save paying him to come out. Highly recommend.

I got no words to describe the quality service I have received from Paul. My PVC garden doors lock got broken. It took me two days to find a replacement but I could not find anywhere even online. Thought that I will need to call a service and the whole mechanism will need to be replace. That could easy cost me more than a 200£. Luckily I have rang Paul with the problem and guess what..... He fixed it. He stores very unique and old locks and was able to find exactly the same one I was looking for! And that have cost me a fraction of the full door mechanism replacement! I will never buy online again. Support your local businesses before it will be too late!

It took Paul less than half an hour to receive our call for help and get us back into our house after mistakenly locking ourselves out returning from a walk with our 1 year old! Amazing 5 star service from Paul!! The lock broke on our front door and it wasn't your typical front door. Paul took it upon himself to do research on the lock, then came the next day to fix it for us. Highly recommend and a really nice guy! Thank you Paul 😊

Paul cut his 1st key aged 16! My 85yo mother locked herself out. She lives around the corner. He was there within minutes!
I went in with a VERY obscure key from a classic car roof rack. He said: "Come back in a few days." I did. And he handed me 3 duplicates for a VERY reasonable price. Wonderful chap. Master of his trade.
