This is an excellent locksmith. Meticulous, on time, with great communication. If you want military precision with a smile, this is your man. Was patient and gave good advice. I like that he’s mobile with a van and can cut keys straight in his movable workshop. He persisted and came out thrice for a problem we had. Ordered additional items he needed just to help. Would recommend. Thank you!

Eddie. What a legend. Helped me out with replacement lock on a sliding patio door that I was having problems with. Simple and helpful advice that fixed the issue. Very friendly and to do it on a Sunday as well. Honest person who went above and beyond. Extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Got a door lock installed and a door frame fixed, price slightly higher than I initially expected but the quality of the work was great and made up for it, I have nothing to complain. Costumer service was great. If I ever need a locksmith again I will for sure hire EA again :)

An excellent and responsive service. Called at 8.30 with a broken lock and couldn’t be present as I needed to go into work. Eddie attended swiftly and rectified the whole thing in my absence, and was good enough to invoice me and trust that I’d pay when I’d finished my meeting (I did)!

Excellent job. Text at 7:30 on a Saturday evening and he called within 30 seconds and arrived 10 minutes later. Fixed the issue with a uPVC back door that wouldn’t lock. Great manner and knows what he’s doing. Thanks for a great job.
