Excellent Service

I had a faulty lock on a French door.
My builders thought it needed replacing at a cost of about £200 for parts and installation.
Called Simon. He came quickly. Within an hour and a half.
Looked at the problem. Worked it out and fixed it.
Charged a modest fee. 90% cheaper than I thought it would be.
Great guy. Tries hard to fix problem first, than have the customer splash out for parts.

Top notch service! We were unable to lock our door at nearly 10pm. Simon answered the phone straight away and was with us 20 minutes later. He is so professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond. Checked all our other doors whilst he was with us and gave us some really useful tips. Such a down to earth and all round nice guy. On top of all this, he was so reasonably priced. Can’t speak highly enough of him. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon to family and friends and will definitely call on him if we need help again.

The locks on my catering van needed replacing and the main door reinforcing. Simon put my mind at rest and gave me advice on which locks to choose. He came out within the hour and has done an outstanding job. He replace old hatch locks which had no keys and supplied new padlocks. He gave the door and hatch a complete service. Absolutely cannot recommend this guy enough. Competitive prices too.

What a lovely guy. Fitted a security chain and sorted out the door. So helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend this chap enough. I wish there were more tradespeople like this about.

Very helpful, after I called about a broken key in my lock he was there within the hour(30mins)i needed a new lock, he supplied and fitted it and all done before the hour was up. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to others
