I highly recommend Les as a locksmith, and I am glad I waited for him. Not only was he skilled and was able to work with my not-straightforward door/frame, he took his time, checked in with me every now and again, explained how to use the new locks, and communication was top-notch via text. Also made suggestions on other locks and keys that we had not considered before.

I can’t thank Les enough for coming out to an elderly, unwell neighbour so quickly and on a Sunday morning. The key snapped in the lock and he sorted the problem quickly and efficiently, complete with a new key. Many thanks Les.
