Great service carried out by Steve. He came to our house as quickly and was able sort out our lock immediately and got my mother out who was stuck inside due to a dodgy lock. He was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend his service. Thank you again, Steve!

Steve responded very quickly. Sorted out a conservatory door that had a broken key in the lock in the locked position. He extracted the key, re-aligned the door and refitted the lock barrel. Great Service and a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. A really pleasant experience !

My door handle had snapped off first thing in the morning which was unfortunate. Steve however was incredibly helpful and friendly! The door was open within a few minutes of him being there! He was also happy to go out of his was and look for a new door handle which was lovely of him (our door isn't a standard UK door). Brilliant service, would recommend to everyone!
