Alan did a fabulous job fixing a problematic front door bolting issue. Whilst encountering a few issues, which took longer than he anticipated to fix, fixed it he certainly did. He honoured his very competitive price quote too. Arriving within 30 mins of my call, I was treated to a very polite & kind hearted tradesman. Alan is a real gem! Highly recommended.

I had a window that would not open even though the handle was working. I found Lockforce from a recommendation on our local community Nextdoor Neighbour site and booked an appointment for this morning. Alan came on time, he was very respectful and personable. He inspected the window and told me what the job entailed and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable and he even oiled some of my other locks before he left. Highly recommended 5 star service.

Alan was incredible! Very knowledgeable, very honest and went over and above for us by adjusting the front door and guidance on our back doors. He came to change the locks on a property we just purchased. Couldn't recommend Alan's service anymore!

Alan went above and beyond to ensure my door was as safe as possible. Called Alan on Thursday and was with us within 30 minutes. Quoted for the job at a very reasonable rate and upon acceptance got stuck straight in. Within 5 minutes the door was open, and he was already replacing the lock. Offered two solutions for re-securing the door and before you know it, he got the new lock fitted for us.
