Fantastic service.

A guy called Bill was sent out to my address to fix what I thought was a broken lock. It was a false alarm, completely my fault but Bill was extremely polite, helpful and well within his right to charge me for wasting his time.

Although they didn’t actually do any work, I think they’re great customer service is worth a mention.

I will definitely use them again if needed.

Called a week in advance to arrange vehicle key reprogramming. The guy checked his computer and assured me they could reprogram for my car/key type. Drove an hour to get there, only to have a really surly bloke take the key into the back briefly and tell me 'Nah, we don't do these'. Appalling service.

Really good service today, I had two full sets of house keys cut and all perfect. Good value and fast professional service. Having been to Timpsons twice for recuts on the same keys - eventually getting a refund, it was a relief to have them done properly. Thanks!

A very good friend of mine who is 84 years old used this company on 07/05/21. Whilst picking up a £79 lock needed to use the lavatory. He asked James the sales person behind the counter politely if he could use the toilet. James said no without apology or explanation. Although there were signs on the door saying due to Covid 19 the use of the toilets were restricted to staff I think a little bit of compassion could have been used. There was no one else in the shop at the time. This is what you get when you try and support local business. Ripped off and poor service. Perhaps a little staff training might be in order.
