Excellent professional & friendly service. They know what they're talking about. Super fast turnaround, my key was repaired with new buttons resoldered and case all done in 10 mins. Really good value. Parking outside the store available. Accessible entrance. Clean store with other services like house key cutting, locks etc. Highly recommended.

Honestly they are amazing. Tried their best to fix the fob key not responding for my car. The effort they put in is not like any other locksmith store and I really appreciate it. Their prices are really good.

They really are excellent. Solved my car key problem, gave me some good advice, and the prices are *so* much lower than going to a main dealer for a new key. Seem like really nice guys too. (And, no, I am not related to any of them. Just very impressed when I went in this morning.)

I needed 2 car keys for a really old banger repaired as they were too loose to turn.

The shop is amazing, like an Aladdin's cave of locks and they were extremely friendly and understanding. Very friendly to people with disabilities.

Instead of repairing, they replaced both keys with far better brand new freshly cut ones in record time while I waited. I didn't even need to put coins in the parking meter outside (parking is plentiful by the way).

Excellent value - much cheaper than anticipated.

The Master Locksmiths are brilliant. BMW wanted £180 for a replacement key for my BMW E46 M3 (as the battery had died). George repaired the key and sent it back to me (next day delivery) for c.£30. The key didn’t work at first, so I called George. He talked me through another step and all works perfectly. Sending my other key off for repair now too. 2x new BMW keys = £360. 2x the Master Locksmiths repair = £60!!!!

Excellent locksmith. Called this afternoon for a new lock to me fitted like for like. They went within the hour and completed the job. Excellent communication and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. SPACE ESTATE AGENCY.

What an amazing service…Followed the procedure sent the car key in a padded envelope & tracked..There was industrial action by the post office the next day…didn’t need the key back in a massive hurry but a few days & it was back…This company is fantastic good service..good prices & when I phoned before sending the guy told me the guy who sorts them had been on holiday so there was few already waiting but the turnaround was prompt…very professional…I’d recommend highly…Thankyou
