Great job, so pleased with the workmanship and what a pleasure to deal with. Arrived, introduced himself and explained the problem. I had a couple of quotes and Paul was over £100 cheaper than a National company! New part installed, door working great, probably better than the day it was installed. Tidied up after himself and left a business card...Highly, highly recommended.

If you require a professional with the personal qualities of a great guy, Paul the locksmith was our guardian angel after our house was broken in to. He came secured our locks at night and even came the next day to follow up the call. He was genuinely concerned for us and new his stuff giving us security advice as well. His price was very fare. I called Paul after recommendation from a friend who has used Limelocks for years on all his commercial properties. I only needed a small job doing, so I wasn't sure if it would be too much trouble for him. But he fitted me in promptly and I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I found Paul very professional , friendly and courteous. The price was very reasonable and far cheaper than replacing the whole door mechanism as I'd first feared. Paul even had the replacement part I needed on his van too, so no waiting days for job to be done.

We called Paul, after seeing his companies excellent feedback, especially his quick response time. He gave us a 2 hour window and arrived on time. Totally covid safe (mask, distance and asked us to move into another room, whilst he conducted the repairs.)
The night prior to calling, we were unable to lock our front door properly, which caused us concern. Paul completed the repairs and replaced our door locks with a more secure set of locks, and keys, all within 30 mins.
We paid by card and he provided a receipt, with 12 months warranty.

Paul was excellent after several companies had let us down and kept us waiting for weeks to hear from them / giving false info. I'm so glad I came across Lime Locks website. No nonsense and honest and was able to give us a solution to the problem without having to replace the full window.

Paul was working at a neighbours property and agreed to help sort out our door which had been sticking for weeks. Paul spent a considerable amount of time adjusting it so that it opened and closed perfectly again. Great value for money and Paul was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
