This shop never fails to amaze i fit locks for work and door locking mechanism they have it all or will order in if not in stock . A great store perfect for me .

Very horrible experience, the people who works there are extremely rude. I copied some keys with them and went back couple days later because they didn't works with my door. The man was soo rude to me and started talking to other man turning there back to me about how many keys they copied this week and only mine doesn't work. Is not my fault, he didn't do a proper job. Extremely disrespectful, I paid for those keys and had been coming to here for years. I won't return again for sure. They should just went: Sorry for the inconvenience, I will copy new one, but NO, start talking rubbish. Extremely disappointed.

Have gone to the shop on several occasions to get parts for jobs, every time they have items in stock, and even if they don't they go above and beyond to get the parts, as did malcolm a couple of weeks ago, thank you, highly appreciate it and highly recommend going to this shop 🙂🙏

This is the best key shop in London, if not The World. They have every type of key blank in stock and expert locksmiths to make your key. They are friendly and helpful and also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Very helpful friendly shop. Supplied me with a replacement lock mechanism for my front door.

Needed a locker key cut the blank was not the same as the example I brought in. They cut the key and said if it doesn't work bring it back. No need as the new cut was fine. Good service.

Mark was so helpful when my front door handle broke. I took photos of the locks and handle and instead of charging me for a standard call out, he advised me how I can fix it and only paid for the part. I also had another problem with the lock itself and again he assisted me by getting his colleague straight over and job done in 10mins. Good professional quality service. They are all helpful in that shop.

This company is amazing. I had a problem with one of my locks and instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a site visit, they diagnosed the problem in the shop and gave me the missing screw I needed for free. Of course, when I needed a locksmith to repair another door lock, they were the first company I went to. They came to my house, fixed my door, and charged me a fair price. The team here is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and nice. I couldn't recommend them enough.
