Express Keys and Lock Services

I would give 100 stars to this company if i could , my neighbour got locked out phoned another company local to me and they couldn’t help , phoned this gent and he was so helpful, honest , polite and honestly did not want to charge extortionate prices he gave the worst case scenario which was cheaper than had been quoted before. He said that they were busy but he would come after he had finished for the day , he phoned back within 30 mins and his son was here within the hour. My elderly neighbour was so happy and relieved. If all trades people were like these two the world would be such a better place.
I have no links to these chaps at all and just called at random but I highly highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company, they came out at very short notice to change locks and advise on security issues very trustworthy! Do make sure you click on the correct company for Green St Green in Orpington though.

Brilliant fast service! Would highly recommend using this company, my car keys fell out of my pocket while strapping my toddler into his car seat, I didn't realise until I closed the door and tried to get into the driver's seat! To my utter horror the car locked with my toddler inside! I rang this company to ask what I could do as it was an emergency and solved my issue straight away (good thing we were round the corner) had a new key cut in 5 minutes , total life savers! Amazing service from these guys I would highly recommend!.

Wanted a specific key replacement that needed ordering in and express keys said they could order it in within 2 days. Didn't hear anything so I rang on the third day and was told by the man he had lost my details so never made the order. I regave the details and was told it would arrive by Saturday. By the following Tuesday I hadn't heard anything until the evening when I was told the key was ready for collection. So after waiting a whole week, I was able to collect the key, that I was told would take 2 days. When I approached the man on collection, he seemed very unapologetic that I hadn't received the expectations that was given and wasn't fussed his customer was unsatisfied and proceeded to charge the full amount. However, I must say credit too his son who could see my point of view and was very helpful!!

Got a spare key cut for my car, much cheaper than the dealer and works well. Only gripe was I was quoted a price beforehand and when the key was cut it was 20% more because they quoted an ex vat price… bit misleading

Professional, speedy and friendly service replacing 3 house locks and John’s handling of our autistic son having a full on meltdown was so kind and patient!! Highly recommend
