Excellent. Pleasent & professional on the phone.
My Merc C220 refused to start, i suspected it was the keys but was not sure it wasn't soomething more severe. No local garage was any help and Croydon Merc. Benz dealership (rip-offs) wanted to charge me £300 just to look at the car.
Marquis, came tested out the keys + a quick check to make sure it was the keys & not something else. He replaced my keys (2 sets) for a reasonable price. So i woiuld use him again (thou obviously i hope not too!), he clearly knows his chosen trade and devliers a professional service and resonable rates.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I called on a Sunday afternoon absolutely at the end of my tether with my car. No only did I have someone out (Dave, who was amazing) but my car was working on the road and sorted in 10 minutes. Super fast, really professional and fantastic price. As I say I literally cannot recommend this company enough... So instead of going to the first options on Google (which I did, only to find they couldn't help today) search Marquis auto locksmiths first .... I wish I had as it would have saved me a total headache this afternoon
