Such a unprofessional service. I called to ask the price to fix my back door lock. The office send a locksmith to check and to give me the gustation, but the man started to open up the lock without my consent. He gave me the invoice for £792.00. He charged me £60 for labour, £160.00 for call out charge and rest is material. They are greedy, unprofessional and inhuman company. I am taking them to trading standards. In this country, in this day and age this kind company should not be allowed to run the business.
